Easily one of the best happy hour spots in the city. The deals are phenomenal and the cocktails are delicious. We ended up going here with some work buddies and tried just about everything on the happy hour menu. It was was great but I think the pork sliders were my favorite. The Brussels sprouts were top notch as well. They have a decent beer selection with a few on the happy hour menu. I’ll be back for sure.
The ambience is nice and dimly lit. Perfect cozy vibe for a cold day. The beers were great however the Nashville hot chicken slider turned out to be a little on the dry side. The chicken wasn't juicy enough and some mayo would've been good on the buns. Overall, a solid 4/5.
I did not have the food so I'll focus on the drinks. The Hibiscus mule is delicious. Me and the gf had a blast. Very intimate environment for coversations.
6/25/23 It was a nice evening so we sat outside. We had the big pretzel, that was really good! Brussels sprouts, they were very good. Also split the fish tacos, they were good but STILL not double wrapped. They held together a little bit better this time because they were not so wet. The beer was cold and the service was good. Really easy to split the check with the new Toast device. I like that the sinks to wash up are not in the bathroom.
4/3/21 Back for dinner. We sat outside and split the fish tacos and a burger. The tacos are soft corn tortillas and SHOULD be Double wrapped. They were not and fell apart :( really? Are you telling me the chef doesn't eat them or know that a single corn tortilla does not hold up to anything wet? They did taste good, I would get them again but ask for double wrap.
The Burger was fine. The Tater-Tots were good but at $8 it was a bit steep for my GF who was under the impression that they were homemade. I informed her there are no homemade Tater-Tots ;)
The Service was 50/50. We had a new waitress that is still learning and didn't check on us. The waiter that helped us with beer was great. The guy who brought our food never came back with the steak knife and extra plate we asked for.
Certainly not all that bad and we will come back.
9/28/19 update: back for brunch, sat inside.
I had the Eggs Benedict, really good with a thick piece of ham (~¼") see photo.
Gf had the breakfast burrito- she said it was the best one she's ever had (her words, not mine). I'll have to try it next time. Coffee still great & server was really nice.
We had brunch here, sat outside. Service was good. *No Sweet N Low*. Coffee was good. We had the Eggs Florentine, very good and a good amount of food with the potatoes and salad. Coffee+free refill was included in the price, so we liked that we didn't end up with a huge brunch bill.
Friendly staff- we'll be back!
We came here for brunch yesterday. I loved the pub-like interiors, the vibe is fun and the crowd eclectic. I couldn't fault the service ( save for having to remind them about our drinks). The breakfast burger, while reasonably priced at $14 , doesn't come with fries or potatoes so we had to order fries as a side. Burger was excellent but we were still hungry so we had choc chip pancakes as well which were fine, nothing amazing. Margaritas were small ( served in short spirit glass) and just ok . Overall a nice experience, the service and environment being the pluses.
We came here for the bottomless special (1.5 hr) for brunch. Our server was nice, mimosas were good, sparkling and cold. But food.. wasn't seasoned, I ordered a burger and I didn't taste any pepper, garlic or onions. My friends ordered waffles and chicken (server recommended them), well waffles were saggy. They couldn't finish them. Nice bar but food is not the best.
Me and my friends were looking for a brunch spot in the city and decided to come here! It was $25 per person for bottomless which was such a great deal! Our server was so friendly and welcoming. The service was fast and our drinks were always full through our bottomless. The food didn’t disappoint as well. Overall it was a 10/10, perfect for a calm or boozy brunch!
I lived that we could eat on the enclosed patio. Food was decent, but drinks were amazing. We especially enjoyed the espresso martini. The food was fast and the server was very friendly.
